Food Palette
Food Palette is a new concept, its a new way to look at best food combinations based on colour science & nutrition. Because nutrients for fruit and vegetable are grouped by colour; meaning all fruit and vegetable of the same colour have the same nutrient value.
Knowing this we can use the scientific colour wheel for best food combinations that enhance taste, colour, look visually appealing and are nutritionally good for you. For example our body needs certain conditions and food combinations to enable better digestion/synthesis and absorption of vitamins, minerals and complimentary proteins (in particular plant source amino acids).
Food Palette enables this and unlocks a wealth of untapped information not commonly known & provide you with a downloadable tool that will enable you to use instantly in an effective manner.
For those who currently understand colour theory & design, you will already have a great advantage understanding this concept.
Colours belong in familys that relate, compliment and enhance each other. Complimentary colours are opposite each other on the colour wheel. Split Complimentary are the two colours either side of the bottom Complimentary. Triadic colour schemes however are the brightest combinations that appeal in particular to children. They are three colours that reside equal distance between each other as shown. Related colours are those colours two or three steps next to each other on the colour wheel. Monochromatic are tints & shades of the same colour. Colour theory and how it applies to food goes a lot deeper, but Food Palette keeps it simple.
